Most job sites are for elite jobs, is there a place to look at jobs for the rest of us?

Tried Monster.com and hotjobs.com but most of them are for skilled laborers and people with over 5 years experience, 90% being resaurant managers. What are some other sites out there that might have regular people jobs. I have a four year degree but really dont want to be a manager of a Applebees.

Answers:

1You should always begin a search by starting at your state or province's unemployment office. You may not qualify for benefits but their services are free and many jobs are posted there that never make it to the the job sites or advertised in the paper.

For the regular person jobs a good place to start might be at snagajob.com which is supposed to be the largest source for hourly and entry level work.

I have also included a few more suggestions in the sources to my answer.

I wish you the best of luck,
Michael
