which job should i do-marketing job or human resource job? i want to be a motivational speaker and writer.?

i have decided to do job for about 10 years with part time speaking business . and after that full time. is it a sound decision? which job has more money -marketing job or human resource job?

consumers, customers, employees, labour, family members, wives, husbands, brothers, inlaws, social culprits, our politicians and the lot which needs it most at this point in time....OUR CRICKET TEAM.. and then decide. hope you are not thinking about religious speaker..they also motivate...
