Job choice...Stay at present job I hate or go to new job in a business I did for years but was burned out on?

I work at a private sex club.
Some of my duties are cleaning, which includes picking up used condoms and mopping "stuff" off the floor. My manager is a Meth headed control freak who sleeps with the owner and is very sloppy about his drug use at work. The place is vile. The customers are the scum of the earth and I have had sinus problems and battled a staph infection since I started there. However the pay is excellent.

I was offered a job at Great Clips. I hate doing hair but the hours would be good and I can walk to work.
The pay is a little lower too but I can make good tips.

Which would you choose?

I have been applying for other jobs all over the place but with no success. The current job may be a negative on the resume' and I really have limited skills and no college.

1Chris,

I'm going with Mrs. Canary on this one. She is right on all counts. If you want a new of different job, the employer always ask where you are currently employed. Which sounds better? Doesn't matter what the pay is on that regard.

I have NO problem with private sex clubs, baths, whatever, but if the place is a dive as you say it is, just get out.

Take the Great Clips job and fake it with your customers. You'll make great tips and it will tide you over until you decide what to do next. An unhappy job with management you truly don't respect really sours your whole life.

No job is perfect, but some are definately worse than others....
